What we do

Allelon Hospitality was established with the purpose of raising the bar locally in the world of hospitality. 

Our home is Malta, a cultural and touristic gem in the heart of the Mediterranean. Our focus is Valletta, a city built by the knights of the order of St.John, up until this day an architectural masterpiece and the vibrant beating heart of the island.

We currently own and operate three luxury boutique hotels in the heart of the historic city of Valletta, Malta's capital.

From our in-house design and hands on development of the ventures that we operate, through to our careful selection and specialised training of our staff we are committed to deliver nothing short of exceptional services and products par excellence. Our goal has always been and remains to go above and beyond the high expectations of standards that has become synonymous with our name and all of our ventures.
