Allelon Hospitality was established with the purpose of raising the bar locally in the world of hospitality. Our home is Malta, a cultural and touristic gem in the heart of the Mediterranean. Our focus is Valletta, a city built by the knights of the order of St.John, up until this day an architectural masterpiece and the vibrant beating heart of the island. We currently own and operate three luxury boutique hotels in the heart of the historic city of Valletta, Malta's capital.
